Global Journeys was established in 2002 with the express goal of helping our clients enjoy the vacation of their dreams by offering exciting and affordable cruises, tours and land packages combined with friendly and useful assistance.  We feel we've been successful with this goal but felt it was time to step it up even more.

Cruise Planners

In 2011, we entered a new realm.  We acquired a Cruise Planners franchise so we could double our offerings of best value cruise and land packages.  This now includes American Express package benefits for card holders and non-card holders alike.  Group travel benefits have also been expanded, including personalized group websites for individual registration and group information.  Click on the "About Cruise Planners" link in the navigation column to read about this award winning company we are excited to now be a part of!

We specialize in group cruising for families, friends, organizations, weddings, business meetings and business incentives.  Cruising is the perfect way to travel with a small or large crowd!   Let us handle your group cruise.  You will not only simplify and save on presentation equipment, but many of the logistical details will simply not exist.  We will handle what's left and your group will enjoy the event of a lifetime!  You may be surprised to find that many businesses conduct meetings on cruise ships to save money, and do so substantially!

Memberships and Accreditations

Global Journeys is a member of Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA), Outside Sales Support Network (OSSN) and has an 'A' rating with the Better Business Bureau.  In addition, with Cruise Planners, we are now members of the National Association of Cruise Oriented Agencies (NACOA) as well as the American Society of Travel Agents (ASTA).

Global Journeys course certifications include CLIA's Accredited Cruise Counselor (ACC) and Master Cruise Counselor (MCC) certificates as well as individual cruise line certifications from Celebrity, Cunard, Disney, Holland America, Norwegain, Princess and Royal Caribbean.   We have cruised all the major lines and traveled all over the world by land, cruise ship and river cruise vessel.

Do We Charge Fees?

The cruise lines and tour companies pay us commission on your booking so it doesn't cost you anymore to use our services than if you booked on your own.  In fact, you will usually pay more on your own because you won't be able to take advantage of our special pricing and/or extra amenities offered on most cruises.   If you would like us to book air outside of a cruise or tour package, our air booking fee is $30 per ticket for a simple domestic or international itinerary or $50 for a multi-city itinerary.   Single hotel bookings may also incur a small booking charge if it is outside of our network.
